3, the main points and difficulties of the machining process, especially the process should be emphasized, the machining location should be combined, and the process should be clearly expressed.Process preparation is concise and expression is detailed, and processing details are expressed numerically as much as possible.If the inserts need to be processed individually, attention should be paid to the process requirements for processing accuracy.

4, Note on processing mold parts: Insert parts that need to be processed individually after combined processing are a benchmark requirement for process installation and individual processing during combined processing.Select mold springs with long fatigue life, as springs are prone to breakage during mold processing.
